A friend of mine was telling me about an exhaust kit he was going to get for his mazda 4 cylinder truck, and he told me about the Heartthrob Exhaust on JC Whitney.com I was wondering how this would sound on my 2.3? Heres the link.

If you read through it, it says its for a 4 cyl. truck, but I have never heard this particular exhaust on a ranger. Can anyone help me out here?

 

Does it have a muffler?

 

I think it mainly runs off the cat as a muffler, but then has that Y pipe. If i had to id buy a magnaflow universal cat to go with it to replace the old one.
