So it was about midnight or so and the wife and I are watching some TV before going to bed. We had seen some warning boxes on the local news, but when you live in an apartment, there not much you can do for your cars.

Well long story short, it hailed like I've never seen.

I manage the student housing apartments for the seminary I go to, and in the morning I counted 51 windows in our building were broken by the storm. Insurance estimates well over $5k just to replace windows!

My Ranger sustained a broken passenger side mirror and a number of dents. Check out some of the pics I snapped in the morning.

ouch, sucks about the damage. Yeah a couple of my friends go to UT and one of their cars got hail damage, as soon as they called me I went and put my car in the garage lol but all we got was rain over here..

That is the best looking Prius I have ever seen

 

Wow...We had a hail storm here in NH a year ago 99% of the cars were totaled, dealerships selling cars wicked cheap because the damage is almost unfixable. Dents in the tops of fenders by teh hood line, Dents in the A pillars etc.

we had hail up in north texas about 3 weeks ago but not that bad..

 

damn we had hail this week also but it was only slightly larger then a marble.

 

All we had was a little wind. no hail. We got lucky. A friend of mine had alot of damage out in Cedar Park.
