Change of plans

Well I got in an accident in my truck the other day. Long story short (if you want explaination, ask) I rear ended a guy this week (cop didnt give me a ticket b/c he siad it was the other guys fault but he didnt break a law).

Not much damage to my truck, my front passenger sid eof my bumper bent in about 2" and cracked my lower clear corner. Thats it.

The other guys Chevy tracker is effed up! Busted driver rear quarterpanel, tailight adn latch gate.

So I was thinking, not really accident related but I am done with my ranger. I am going to take off teh suspension lift (fabtech spindles adn chevy spring swap) and get her back to only 3"" BL. I am going to jsut run 265s or somethign close to 31s. I want it to get better gas mileeage. Since I upgraded to 4.10s from 3.73s I think 31s will put me closest to stock.

Now I am not done offroading, I jsut woke up andsaid screw 2wd, I am going to get a 4wd. SO I am goign to get a jeep, most likely an XJ.

Kep the ranger for DD, adn when it craps out, I will get a full size truck. Titan or Tundra.

SO if you are interested in any parts on my ranger jsut ask.

You want all of it? spindles and chevy leafs?

$400 for everything, if ya give me your stock leafs to replace my chevy leafs.

$300 for spindles alone

I'll prob go with Pro-Comp on my truck....since it doesnt really push the tires out....it gives you that "stock" lifted look....lol....

Yeah I was going to go up to 33" next, until I cahnged my plans. I coudl fit 35s too if I really wanted to. I think 33s woudl be the best fit, look and performance.

If you are interested, let me know. You could come up on a weekend adn we cousl swap it all over. it doesnt take long to do the spindles and leafs. 1 full day probably. You know if ya wanted to, we could probably do it at the meet n greet on july 30th. We would have pleanty of help then.

Also, if you really wanted it to look bad ***, buy huh?'s front fender flares. He is sellign those for $200 which is a steal.

If i was going to keep my ranger for offroading I woudl have bought his fenders adn thrown on some 35's, that woudl be one mean truck.

I also hav eth long *** bilstein shocks in the rear to account for the increase flex these chevy springs have.

If someone wants to buy the whole lift, I will throw these in.

Basically this is what I am looking for.

For $400 you can have the spindles adn the chevy leafs, and Ill even throw in teh $200 bilstein shocks! As logn as you give em stock ranger leaf springs and rear shocks. I have my stock spindles still, so no need fo rthose.

Trust me $400 is one hell of a deal for all this!

the wheels are in good shape, dirty but good shape.

Tires have low tread, but still above wear bars. I expect another 15-20K out of them. IThey actually still perform ok. I was out at a job site 2 weeks agoa dn got into some slop and they kept pulling, didnt get stuck. Now mind you they dont grip like new but they still get the job done, especially if you have 4wd!

sweet....

i tok into consideration that they're used and etc, so i wasnt expecting brand new...

the tires are gonna be used for as long as possible, so i can keep my BFG's in good condition...and i'll eventually just swap everything to the rockkrawlers....

but yah, just try to clean up the rims/tires whatnot...and snap a few pics.

mucho gracias
