Cheapest and best place to buy 2wd wheel/tire setups?

I am searching for wheel and tire setups and havent found any solid places to go. I want 18 inch wheels with 235x50r18's black with polished lip. Im looking at some AR razors and AR Rogue and putting wheel spacers but we shall see! anywho. any help would be greatly appreciated. I need these wheels/tires ugh yesterday!

How about something like this. You don't have to buy them from superbuytires. But it's a nice place to look. They have over 200 18" wheels that can be made to fit the Ranger.
