How many miles did you have on your truck before your first clutch change?

I want to answer this because my answer is (what I feel is) pathetic. Lemme go peek at my log book..

Edit: Bah! It's not in this log book, if I remember I'll check tonight when I get home. It was replaced under warranty w/ less than 1 year and <12k miles on it though. I'm at like ~16k now..

1st clutch change was 4k miles. That was bcuz the pressure plate failed. I'm at 20k with no problems.

Exact mileage (I just checked): 11048 miles. The date was March 23, 2004. I took delivery in July of '03, so that's what? 8 Months?

What do I do to it? I just farkin' drive the stupid thing! The line I was fed was that the clutch was redesigned as part of a TSB or something. I supposedly have the 'new' clutch part. My problem was a slave cylendar throwout bearing or something, I forget exactly. My plate was replaced while they were in there, although I'm sure it did not have much in the line of wear.

This issue is one of my several disapointments w/ my new truck. My '99 was traded after ~5 years and ~50k miles of use. The clutch, transmission, and drivetrain overall worked perfectly in that truck.
