Cold Air Intake

dont know from experiance, but i do know that if you get a K&N cold air intake you can buy a cover to go over the intake to help protect it
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
the above link will take you to page with varies covers, they are specific fit the the filter in your truck
once it gets dirty you can take it off and put another one on(if you are on the trail) and clean them when you get home and only need to use them on the trail
im sure other intakes sell covers to, but i happen to have a k&n intake so i just looked that one up
