Converting to rear disc brakes

I need to change brake pads on the front of the truck this weekend, and I got to looking. It actually cost less for brake pads than I thought.
I have the 31 spline Fx4 axle what all do I need to convert it over from drum to disc brakes?

Hopefully Alon has some of the stuff I need

Im not gonna waste my time at a junk yard Im just gonna buy brand new stuff.

I'm not sure if it will work for the 31 spline.

Bill bought Ford Racing M-2300-G which is nothing more than the factory rear disc parts from a second generation Explorer assembled into a kit. The Gen2 Ex brake components are a bolt on to the 31-spline FX4 axle flanges but the axle shafts have to be pulled out first to install the plates. We used 2 passenger side Explorer rubber brake hoses and shortened and reflared the hard lines along the axle tubes. The p-brake cables were shortened later.
