I like it but as stated above i can't see the colors that well. I have 8k's installed both fogs&heads and it looks great. I might switch it to 8kheads and 3k fogs but i like to match. In your pictures it looks like the headlights are 6k... im not sure if its because you have the hi/lo kit (55w) i only have single beam 35w and there seems to be more blue

Both kits are 35w. Those are cell phone pics, so they won't be that great.

Also, you can't compare colors unless the camera and all lighting settings are the same. Otherwise, someone's 8000K pics might look like another person's 4300K pics.

Ok... I just drove around in the dark to test out my HIDs. They're freakin' AWESOME. It takes some getting used to regarding the 8000K color (I'm used to regular halogens in my cars and 3000K on my bikes).

One thing I've learned... my cell phone is CRAP trying to take pictures on my lights. You can't tell the difference at all. Oh well.

I have night shots, but only from my cell phone. You can't see the color of the lights properly.

Light colored blue. Not too much to attract police attention.

Are the highs HID too or are they a halogen bulb?

They are the same HID bulb. With DDM's kit, the bulb telescopes to the high beam function.

When the kit is in Low "mode", the bulb is recessed into the housing. When you turn on the high beam function, the bulb pushes outward about 1/2 inch to make the high beam.

It's easier if you look at your headlight bulb... You'll see two filaments inside. The filament closer to the base of the bulb is for low beam. The farther filament is for high beam.

Does that make sense?

Ok... here's some better pics (although still not the BEST. I'm not a very good photographer, and getting a GREAT high-end camera doesn't change that. lol)

Headlights only (low beam)

Fog lights only

Headlights (low beam) and fog lights
