Diamond vs Crystal Headlights

Any major difference between the two? I have some silverstars in my headlights right now but I was thinking if I got a pair of one of these my headlights would be 10x brighter.

Im not blind, I am just a fan of more light.

i had a pair of the "diamond" clear headlights on my 2000.. they just changed the beam pattern a bit, not necessarily 'brighter' though.

no offense, but it's not "ribbed" lens. it's called "fluting" (the lines that are inbedded within a lens) and the lenses that are clear are much better at light output than those with fluting.
