Drive shaft bolts, trans seal

1989 2.3L 2 wheel dr 5 spd manual trans.
What is the torque on the four 12 mm,12pt bolts holding the u joint flange to the differential flange? Haynes says 70 to 95 for driveshaft-to-companion flange bolt (bolt-singular?)

The bolts had a silvery grease on the threads when they came out. Is that anti seize compound? If that should be used when reinstalling, is there a brand or name for the compound? Or, should thread lock be used?

Haynes says to put silicone on the rear trans seal when installing. Do they mean Permatex red high temp gasket sealer?
