ok so i pulled my truck up to the garage to clean it. when i was done i tried to start it up but it just makes sort of a woodpecker sound like a real fast clicking noise. the fan and belt try to get goin but they just kinda slowly jerk back and forth. anyone know what the possible problems could be? could it be the starter?

 

Dead battery?, does anything else work/are the headlights bright?

 

Real faint ding from the dash, as though it's trying to ding but can't...
