exhaust studs

Icon5 exhaust studs
I put new heads on a 99 ranger and broke 6 exaust studs.the dealership wants $10 for 1 stud,way to much can I just use bolts with a jam nut?

Yes you can. Just make sure the flange of the bolt clears the exhaust pipes.
