So how do you seperate it without having to cut it? Or is it possible? I am seriously considering doing this, what paint did you use?

I can't speak for Rangers, but on Evo we have the same dilemma. I use a razor blade and cut and cut and cut on the seam. Takes forever.

I didnt, they just snapped back together. I'd assume you could just seal them like the headlight mod.

Here you can see where I cut:

and my dad's "new" ladder:

It's from a small AC company that went out of business, so I added my dad's name

It actually does reduce output... specifically to the side of the truck. You painted the reflectors that intensify the light to the side.

edit: I'm looking at the pics again... I'm not quite sure if you did paint the reflectors or not....

Pretty cool dude, I approve. Now to do it a couple more times to get the process down, and you can do a how-to!

maybe after a paycheck I will do this again, it was easy once I figured out how to cut it open, and you cant really tell once it is installed where the cuts are. Id make a video how to!

I know many people that have niteshaded tails and never get messed with from cops. There are so many vehicles in Houston that have them done too.
