It only took 5 weeks, 3 orders, a bunch of trips to Lowes, and a little under $200. Its finally done! I got the light bar from Pep Boys, canceled that order, ordered it at Autozone got it and it was scratched, so i had to order another one. I got the mounts finished this morning and got it all finished up.

even with the westen mounts its only 170$ so i dont think you saved any making your own...looks good though

The bar was 100$ and the mounts were 45$ at autozone.

My home made ones were about 20. I wasnt really trying to save money I just wanted to do it my self. Also with the mounts I made I can leave the skid plate on the bottom of the radiator.
