first winter storm damage

well school let out at 10:30 and i parked at the ned of the lot to prevent idiots from sliding into my car so i parked with my "hick" firends as were known! anyways i come out and everyhting is covered with about an inch of ice ok not bad i find someone with an ice scraper and pry my door open because i cant get in my tool box because i forgot to unluck it and the lock is frozen. so then i scrape my windshield and what do you know the passenger side is cracked!!! well that sucks but i wne tand bought some sand bags cause its supposed to get worse! anyways just thought i would share the carnage. im ganna go torch the lock hole to melt the ice with my propane torch so i can unlock it and get my coveralls out.

btw how myuch is a new windshield?

I have full coverage insurance and they cover winshields that are cracked or damaged so you might want to check that out if you have full coverage. I have no idea what a new winshield costs though.

liability only being 16 insurance is expensive enough. ya im hoping itll be under 200 so i can get it around christmas cause i have a car payment comming up. took out cash loan so i would only have to have liability well my parents took out the loan and i pay them. so i might be able to get it done by christmas time. but i also need a radiator but i think thats a christmas present from my parents so we'll see. so i guess i have to replace the windshield before i buy an exhaust!

I'm only 18 and I'm paying out the for insurance and I have been ever since I've been driving. One day it will pay off when someone wants to sue me for a ton of money. If you're familiar with the numbers I have
500,000 / 1 million / 500,000 yeah it's pretty killer along with a $500 deductable, it used to be a $250 deductable but it's not really necessary to have it that low.

100/300/50
For example, California requires its drivers to carry minimum liability coverage of 15/30/5. This means that the insurance company will pay up to $15,000 for any one person injured in an accident, not exceeding $30,000 on all people injured and $5,000 for property damage.
Ok back on topic, at least it wasn't anything worse than a broken window and it's only going to cost around $200 it seems.

Okay, call your agent and ask about glass replacement coverage. Mine is $6 a year on top of my policy. I know some companies give it as part of the basic policy. Hopefully you read that boring piece of paper before you signed it. Just in case you forgot what it says get it out and look it over now. You might get a surprise.

Yes, we all know what it's like to be insurance poor. Then every five years they say, well when you turn xx your policy cost will drop and then I get to xx and they say well when yu get to zz your price will drop. It's been the same forever. Sure my policy was cheaper back then and cars were cheaper but I was only making a $1 an hour too.
