four door ranger
i want to know what people think of the 4 door ranger. is it a good truck or not
Best in its class! Of course nobody makes a truely "small" pickup anymore so theres not much competition either. I like the 4 doors. Makes the back so much more useful.
It's nice to not have to reach around the seats etc to get into the back for your stuff. I'm not a fan of four regular sized doors on a truck but the suicide doors are awesome.
Mines been great, and the extra doors really do make it easy to get stuff in and out of the back without having to move the seats.
four doors is the way to go.
Yeahhhh Boy! haha i love me more storage...doesn't replace a tool box but it does the trick.

Doesn't stop me from wanting one though...
You cant get one here , I dont even think it can be imported Im pretty sure more than a few people in this forum tried at one time or another .
maybe you could import it one peice at a time. depends on how desperate you are to get one.
or put nissan frontier emblems on it. boarder control would never know! |
i don't see why you couldn't import one, it would just be super expensive.
not worth it imo, i would rather get the diesel engine and ecu out of one and have it shipped over. |
Its great having 4 doors, I can load unload my gear quick and easy. Its easier to clean out too! If you're loading up something that a bit big or awkward sized and don't wanna put it in the bed its great for that too. I bought a new computer chair recently. It was in a big ole box. I didn't wanna put it in the bed cause I had a few more stops to make, so I opened both passenger doors, folded the seat down and voila ~ it went in real easy~came out real easy too.

I just want the cab, I am sure I can make it work on my frame.

i believe the brazillian ranger is made in detroit. or somewhere in the US. I could be wrong though. the brazillian ranger is the best looking IMO
edit: and i think your right, i remember stone had photos of his neighbor or someone driving one around |
i see them all the time at my dads work its stupid.. i want one.. i know where there is one just sitting not moving right now.. wonder if Ford security would notice lol
excuse me while i clean off the keyboard
Yeah me too that one was messy. The problem is importing them its getting them registered and passing inspection and all that stuff.
The back seat looks surprisingly roomy. I figured there would be no leg room in the back.
stick that cab on a normal extended cab ranger frame and insure it as an extended cab. no one will notice the difference.
inspection should not be much different. |
Why oh why do they not sell them in America?
