Need Help! Putting in HIDS

I'm planning on putting in 6000k hids, do I need a wiring harness to connect right to my battery? Because I heard rangers flicker and they need a harness connecting right the battery. I'm also planning on putting in Fog HIDs as well, do I need a harness connecting them to the battery too?

I have the H/L kit in 35W 6k for my headlights and then 35W 6k in my fogs as well...I love mine so far and have had no problems at all...just make sure you aim them down some to avoid blinding oncoming traffic

Kinda love mine too. Of course had to aim down to help somewhat from blinding oncoming traffic. Ive got the DDM 55w kit w/ 8k bulbs. After wanting a true HID setup Im goin to be doing a projector retrofit in spring cause I like my light really really focused. But my DDM kit has been fine for over a year.
