Front end vibrating and noise

i have a 2000 ford ranger xlt with the 3.0 5 speed manny 4x4 and at around 20 mph i can hear a pretty loud vibration coming from the left side of my front end. I would like to fix it myself does anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

Could be a wheel bearing. Search YouTube for what that sounds like. It will change the faster you go.

I had a bad vacuum hub

so my 4x4 had a bad c clip that held the cv axle in so that broke out and began to break my manual hubs that I installed instead of fixing the vacuum lines anyway my cv axle started to clunk so I removed the hubs and just left the axle in and trying to drive it it began to violently shake in the hole of the hub so I cut it off and it runs fine now the hubs didn’t fall off like most people say they will just don’t forget that you can’t turn it into 4x4 with the cut off cv axle

with a cv axle it may b because I have aftermarket hubs but I feel a vibration from the drivers side floor pan it may be the transfer case now so I’m actually thinking about erasing the 4x4 on the truck to reduce my problems
