lol the one I saw looked nothing like that. It was thin and black and had white lettering.

 

I used to have one on my old Celica that I put on the bottom of the rear licence plate cover and it said "What Speed Limit?"


Also had one for a brief period that says "If This Vehicle Is Being Driven Recklessly, Please Call 1-800-EAT-****"
