Finally got legit answer,from Tropical Ford.After them jerking me around,couple weeks ago,talked to the RIGHT parts guy.
There ordering drivers side air bag,they already have passenger side.Will call me in couple days.
Come to find out,they don't replace the whole air bag.The INFLATER is the culprit.So hopefully next week some i'll have new "INFLATERS".
The parts guy was most help full,i got his name and ext#,for future ranger parts.
The other parts guys,could care less.This guy DID.

Yes, the inflator is the problem and the only thing replaced. Couldn't get mine replaced under the recall because my steering wheel is a 2004 installed into a 2003 truck, so even though I have the VIN of the truck my wheel came from, they won't do it. :(
