hey post pictures of zed frames i need to get an idea on how to do this. any answers would be greatly appriciated

Try using punctuation. I had to google just to figure out what you're talking about. The word is "Z'ed" if it even is proper to use that term...

I've never even heard of it that way before, I've always heard it called putting a C-Notch in the frame.
