Hey guys, i have 02 Edge

my brothers friend is selling me a grill guard and toolbox off his 2000 XLT for $200. i was sure his grill guard would would fit but a quick search on rock auto lists them as two different part numbers yet the mounting points look identical. can anyone confirm? i only ever saw them once and it was night time.

I'm certain the toolbox wouldn't be a problem, but just looking for reassurance :) Thanks!
