Has anyone put a shiftplus kit on their ranger?

My brother and I are looking into getting me one for my truck, he got one for his cavalier, and says it has improved shifting. Anyone know if these work good or not for rangers?

Here's what I did. The trans has been rebuilt, the shift kit put in and the line pressure increased.
