Problem seemed periodic sometimes it rans fine sometimes it is missing on just cylinder 4 sometimes all the codes. Last few days at best running on 4. Any help would be great I'm out of ideas

4 cylinder?
6 cylinder?
What plugs you running? (NGK is in mine love how they respond)
What brand coil pack? (OE is always better)
Fuel Cleaner have you tried? (Lucas only thing I run in my ranger)
What plug wires? (Autozone has motorcraft run oe on wires round 100 but worth it)
Camshaft will prevent it from starting or cause delayed start
Crankshaft will prevent fuel and air to get in at correct timing causing delayed start or rough start/running.

best advice clean maf sensor put oe if it's not running right still while it's running grab a can of carb cleaner spray around the intake see if it jumps on rpms you will hear it if so intake leak. If nothing changed when you replaced all the other parts put the old back one something is badly wrong back step double check wires are on right. Unplug battery when doing wires etc so the truck doesn't remember anything is wrong and when it knows you can see and run it down it will limit the issues the truck thinks it is if that makes sense.

Motocraft, NGK are my go to's as well. Plugs and wires are NGK Iridium, coil is moto, it's a 3L V6. I dumped some lucus fuel system cleaner in today well see if it makes any difference. I've almost stripped the paint off my motor trying to find a vacuum leak or intake leak... Haven't found anything so far. I am beginning to fear the worst for my old girl

So far that's good no leaks ngk and motor craft.
if you have a egr rubber tube on top take it off while she's running put your finger on the whole of the egr the rubber was on see if it's got a vacuum or pushing air. If so egr is fine if the egr pressure sensor is pulling air that's good plug them back together unplug the electrical wire from the pressure sensor rev is up and let it idle see if it runs okay if so it's bad. If not try your pcv I got mine going from pcv to catch can so the oil don't go on the valves pull throttle body off spray carb cleaner in the intake clean the throttle body with carb cleaner clean maf sensor with maf cleaner see how she does will run very rough first 2 cranks but that's normal they don't like carb cleaner but 3 time should be fine if not when it cranks Rev to 2k let it come down and idle. Sounds like a sensor issue not timing etc.

Your C codes are Wheel speed sensor (quick look in my diagnostics reader)
your p0341 is camshaft circuit code.
other 2 p codes are misfires of course.
As i said check pcv etc. Clean the intake and throttle body.
for safe reasons swap camshaft positions sensor with battery unplugged.
