Heard good things about edge tuners in the f150's, but in a ranger?

Edge Products| Product

I browse their site from time to time, and last I saw there weren't any products for the ranger. I was curious if anybody has run this on their truck? I currently have a diablosport tuner, and used it to correct my gear ratio/tire size. Hard to say if there's any performance increases. Anyways, I've read great things about these tuners in the full size trucks and was curious if there have been similar results in the rangers.
Thanks
