Help please!!

I just put in my new Dual Headunit and i thought i had all my wires re-connected and everything in good shape, but then once i got to driving around i noticed that now my speedometer doesnt work! and i have no clue what the problem could be (probably very simple i know) any ideas as to why my speedometer doesnt work now? Its a 98' 2.5L 5 speed. (The odometer doesnt work now as well).
Please help! thanks.

Make sure you didn't accidentally disconnect one of the plugs coming from the dash board. I'm not sure how the wiring for that year is but you might want to look at that.

I don't remember any gauge cluster wires runnung near the head unit, maybe it is an unrelated issue, were all your plugs accounted for?
