Keep the Ranger and trade her Mustang for it!!! Then you both have 4X4 awesomeness LOL. 2 trucks to mod instead of one!

I also say go with the sport trac , im in a similar situation. My wife has an Xterra, i have a single cab ranger, you need to have both vehicles be able to hold a car seat, and all the other accessories . . . err baby stuff. . . as well. My ranger is gonna have to go too soon :(

Okay GUYS!!!! You need a woman's opinion!!!

As much as I hated to see Scott's Ranger go, it needed to be done!! I got rid of my ranger first. Then we had Riley it was just not enough to have one car to haul the boy around. That's why we got the Sport Trac! His wife's mustang at least has a back seat.

I am about to pop out number two, and thank goodness we have two vehicles that can get our family around!

And heck who knows maybe his wife is cool like me and will let her husband some day down the road get another Ranger!!

Get rid of the stang man. I barely fit in the front seat of that thing when I went and looked at one. There was no room in the back of the stang. Trade it for the sport trac not the truck.

You know kid are small right, they don't need a lot of room.

Here's what I like:
Link.
Its a larger image so I didnt just put IMG tags in. I don't like the specific tires or wheels, I think with different wheels/tires that thing would look incredible.

A couple of nice examples of lifted Tracs. I say go with whatever your wife wants! Peace in the home is important. With kids safety ratings and such become important as well.

Good luck.

Tell her you'll get the trac but tell her your going to lift it anyway you want. Tell her you wanna SAS it with some 40's. That way a little 6 inch lift and some 35's looks modest.

i would have to say go with the ST... u still get a truck to mod and it would look sweet with all ur ranger stuff on it.. soon after im done skool the ranger is either gone or de tagged.. my gf just had her baby at the beginning of december. the ranger is no longer of use to us.. she hates for me to give it up cause she knows i love it.. but we cant rely on just her car to carry the baby

i guess i can chime in, after we found out my wife was pregnant i bought her an explorer. and now i drive her old car (03 cavy) daily, and my truck sits. it has it pros (less wear on the truck, cav gets better mileage, and i can tear apart the truck to work on it and not be rushed to get it back together), but the con is that i miss driving my truck.

good luck on the kids thing.

and steph, congrats to you both on number two.
