Ok heres the scoop, for some reason my valance bugs me being gray but it would look funny if I were to colormatch it I think. I found a cool hood paint idea that was different. Heres the original that Ray_Welder on here PS'd for me..

Well I opened it up with paint for a second and got this...

Anyone like the ideas?? Im eventually gonna get this done but Im not sure which I like better. If I got it done on the second pic then my valance wouldnt stick out as much. Any comments??

 

not quite my style, but i like the first more than the second. get some of that spray can temporary car paint and mask it out. always better to see it in real life

I Think the first one would go good with your Black and red theme, Well I gave it a try with black headlights. Not very good though. I say go for the first one!

im just playin witcha, like mentioned above do the temp spray paint and ride around with it for a while

 

I think this theme would look wicked with a red valance and black bumper

 

are you putting an 04 hood on it? cause your hood goes straight acrossed and you have it red there

 

Sugjestion...... take the black all the way to the lamps,, get rid of the little black strip in the center,,, right know it looks like a bug shield gone bad...

That Duplicolor stuff looks like fun... I may have to go purchase some...

 

I'd say the first one with the headlight mod... but also you might have to add some black pinstriping to the sides or something clost to match it. IMO i think that if thats the only paint on the truck itd be kinda stupid.

I may get that duplicolor wash off paint just for ***** and giggles cuz I do kinda like the look of it! Trying to do something different than painting the entire dome of the hood black like everyone else, I like mine to stand out. Keep throwing some ideas around, Im already gonna get the headlights now instead of clear corners.
