Hood Replacement

Icon5 Hood Replacement

i cannot find the stock 2001 XLT hood replacement anywhere online.. all i can find is the flat steel looking ones i currently have on my truck. (was wrecked and couldnt find the correct hood) but i want my stock one back before i begin my paint job.. any help would be awesome DEALERSHIPS TAKE MY LEGS!

JY or a dealer might be your only option...hoods usually arent too expensive if theyre just steel...just be glad you dont have a powerdome...fiberglass is expensive...id avoid any aftermarket hood because they usually come damaged and fit like total ****...

mine was originally the fiberglass hood just like the one you have.. thats the one im trying to find, but the only one ive seen is at the dealership.

oh i see...dealer might be the only option for that hood or start looking at junkyards

its hard to find a ranger at a junkyard, they dont die often :P but i suppose your right those may be my only options.. i was hoping for something to shop around online with. but thanks! i can find all i need for a SAS but not a cheap stock hood lol

i just checked fordparts.com and a powerdome hood from ford is $703

geez.... the one i have here is from certifit for 68$ out the door.. amazing how they can knock up the price for that stock hood.. trade ya? haha maybe a junkyard will have what im looking for this weekend.
