how do i change the bulb behind the guage cluster

how do i change the bulb behind the guage cluster

i have a 96 ranger. i am looking to change the bulb for the needles. whitch lights would i get to fit the ones behind the guage cluster? i think its the 194 but not sure.

Are yours burned out?

You need to pull the knee board and gauge bezel before you can get the cluster out.

Blhde, that would be so cool to do, (i'd do mine orange), but I dont think i'd have enough time to do it. Would be cool though!

thanks for the web sight. ill try to change the bulb out on tuesday will post picture of guage when done. im changing the bulb to led white bulb

I hope you do them all. Otherwise the color will not be the same.

Why not just replace all your bulbs with LED's? if you search you can find the how-to and it takes 8-10 led's...

I have done that.

If I were to redo it I would paint it and use white leds.
