I would do spindles and Explorer leafs and it should be really close to level. That really is the best way to do it on these (2wd) trucks. That should be sufficient for 32/1150s though you may still have to trim the bumper valence alittle bit depending on what rim you'll be running

You could do a combo of both! The explorer leafs and spindles are a good way to go for 2wd, so if i were you, go for that first. But then instead of trimming fenders, you could just do a 1" body lift which wont be overly expensive, wont make your bumpers look overly goofy, and will supply you with a bit more room for tires/rims.

if i were you do what im doing, do a 2"spacer up front, 1" shackle in the back, and im about to put on a 3"BL on 33/12.50s. with the body lift you will also need to trim the frame horns on the front bumper. summittracing.com has em for 160+ shipping. use the 98-00 onse since theyre about 5 bux cheaper and only difference between the 98-00 and the one for our trucks is a parking brake cable bracket the i hear u dont need.. the shackle and coil spacers ran me 100 shipped and i have no complaints on em. and the BL is 160......thats 260 for a all over 5/4" lift......and they look great.. thats just my $.02.....

I think if you go through the labor of a body lift, just go big with the 3".....the 1" doesn't really give you the clearance or the look for the time consumed. The body lift I found was 160 plus shipping.....and the 1" is around the same price...just sayin
