Keep it over seas, thats a slap in the face!!!! Is it on a car chassis? Or did the put a Focus on a truck frame....That just made the resale value go up on my 07.

The nose needs to go. Everything else is purdy.

 

i'm not feeling it. the bottom of the window is too high and i agree with the majority's comments about car like looks. it says a 3300lbs payload. is that up from the current model? my brochure says mine is rated at 1580lbs. that must mean that they beefed the suspension.
i did some quick math and i had 1500lbs recently with me (150) and my step dad (195) in my truck and my GVWR is 5280. the math of the cargo, me, stepdad and truck came in at 6k. so i was over by 800lbs? is this right?

 

Guess the biggest turnoffs would be that it looks...modern, evolved, upgraded...much like every other vehicle that has gone down Ford's assembly lines over the past 30 years. I actually think it looks okay. Still love my Ranger even-though I've been looking at all the 4-door double/crew cab full-size trucks on the market, along with Frontier crew cab and (never thought I say it) a Tacoma double cab. I might even be desperate enough to test drive a Colorado crew cab. After cleaning out 1 business, 2 homes and trying to haul people around, I'm just wishing I had some more space - If the new Ranger came to the US, I'm sure I wouldn't even be considering buying from the competition. Not really fond of the Sport Trac since you basically pay full-size truck price for a compact truck...and it's listed in the "SUV" catagory - If I wanted a SUV I'd get a GLK.

it doesnt look too bad...ive seen worse looking cars...i.e the nissan cube and juke(the worst looking car ever)

 

yeah I def wouldnt buy that but it does have some upgrades that everyone would like, but the looks just aren't there. Dont mean to hijack but are ya planning anymore mods in the near future?

Only thing uglier than a four door car is a four door truck. That thing looks like a four door car with it's trunk lid removed.

 

i like it! it has chrome! they kept it as a strait axle. they didn't go uni body "fwd" like the new mini van explorer! and i think the truck looks sick!! i like it!! drop a eco boost in it then i would get one! put some 32's AT's on it with some decent rims then it would be set!!

 

IT'S TOO BAD FORD!! I AM LOOKING FOR A 4 DOOR MODEL IN THE RANGER AND REFUSE TO SPEND 30 GRAND ON THE SPORT TRAC....THEY SHOULD SELL US A 4 DOOR MODEL HERE IN THE STATES...
