Icon5 Issue with the explorer

Okay so since I have had it, it had an issue with vibrating up front real bad once I got to hwy speed(65-70). Ended up needing balljoints, so I got that taken care of. Replaced the hub bearings on both sides also. Got new shocks. I have ran 3 different tires on the front drivers side with 2 different wheels and I am still having the issue. Another thing I have noticed is that when I am backing up with the wheel pointed right I rub on the front bumper, but not when I am turning right. I wouldn't be surprised if I need bushings at least on the drivers side. However I dont believe that to be the entire issue with the vibration. It reminds me of tires being out of round, but I have had 3 different tires on there and 2 different wheels. I'm just drawing a blank as to what it could be. I do have the auto 4wd with selectable hi/low. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

well, maybe check the tierod ends & the rack & pinion.

Have you tried jacking the truck up & seeing if you have any movement?

I had ford do the Ball joints and they said the tierods were good. Might of been on its way out. It does pull just a little to the right when driving. Also feels like something might be a little loose on the drivers side. Sometimes when I hit a bump it just has that feeling through the floor. I'm due for a oil change so I may have ford look at it again.
