alright, well, i messaged that guy with the 5.0 swapped ranger, taht smokes the SRT-10 on youtube, i dont remember what i said, but he finally got back to me and said that if i wanted, i could buy the truck from them for $8,000. they're going to get rid of it. he said they prolly got that much wrapped up in the tranny alone!!! just thought i would let ya guys knows. i know if i had the cash, i would buy it in a hartbeat.

I doubt he has 8000 in the tranny alone, let alone 8000 into the whole motor/tranny swap.

 

Steer well clear of it, judging by the video clip its had the guts run out of it,"look how fast my ranger is"and "watch me do burn outs"big money to repair.I belive its been hammered imo.

Im sure there is more than 8grand into the motor/trans swap.

I was pricing out a 'budget' build, with the cost of a wrecked explorer it was well over 6-8grand.

 

i think he ment the whole truck for $8000, not just the motor.

ya know what i'd like to see...NicksterSVT's truck run up against this one. they guy thast selling it told me he's going to sell it for $8,000, and he has at least that much in the tranny alone, just to clear up any misunderstanding.
