at around $200 a pop for the wheel bearing assembly, i dont suggest replacing them if theyre not bad. as far as pads, i have the hawke LT ferrocarbon pads and they are awsome, low dust absolutly quiet and stop on a dime. 1000X better than stock. oh yeah it tells you how to bed the pads in the instructions. make sure and do it, its an important step that many people skip and will cuase issues later on.

awesome good to hear. i want to buy them, but im moving in a week. so i dont want to buy them, then have them come to this address. we still have the house, but i'd rather not have to make the trip back to this house to get them. so im going to wait until i move to order them.

I got the 2nd best pads Autozone offered and just did the pad swap and roughed the pads up with sand paper (and of course cleaned the rotors) and I have not had a problem. I hated changing the rotors when the cheapie pad cracked and the rivetds dug into the passenger side rotor. PITA
