It wouldn't be a lemon law if it was previously wrecked.

If they HAD to tell you it was previously wrecked then carfax would be out of business. I would think they wouldn't but who knows from state to state. They all do their own thing.

Run a carfax.. I did it on my pickup through Yahoo for 20 bucks, I found that mine was in damn great ocndition, had 3 previous owners, and every owner befor eme actually had the title taken back because they didnt pay their loan So yeah, neato! :-p

Ermm, and if anyone knows with this.. will a carfax show if any major work has been done? I.E. the timing belt getting replaced? Its supposed to be done at the 100k, but since Im at 115, I have no clue if its been done or not, and I dont have time to work on it.. woudl suck needing to fork up so much money to have a dealership do it in a few hours.. :-(

Not necessarily, I have been t-boned and had the work done at a dealership and it hasn't ever shown up on carfax. I think mine my have been in a front end colission and that isn't on there either.

carfax is worthless.... i ran one on mine and nothing came back on it... took my front end apart the one day and found 20lbs of bondo all through the fenders and then also found out that my valance was glued on from getting nailed on the driverside of the truck
