Body lift - around 350$ for parts
torsion bar crank - free (unless you change the torsion keys)
rear leaf block - around 150$
rear leaf hanger shackles - max 150$
junk yard explorer leaf package - 70$ tops in my area

Intended use of truck? Planned tire size? Those will determine your best option.
