Lifts and Tires

Hello, I'm new to this forum and couldn't find anything already posted. But I just recently bought a 1988 ford ranger 2.9l xlt manual 4x4 with extended cab and I was wondering what yall have done for lifts, what my best option would be to go for. Any tips and information would be great. Pictures would be pretty cool. I'm looking to raise the body and improve performance a little bit. I'm also wondering what sized tires and rims would be best to go with, like I said pictures would be pretty cool and helpful. Thanks in advance

New to the fourm

I have a 1988 ford ranger and my f-150 lariat wheels I bought from a pull a part will not fit on the truck. Does anyone know what or where I can get adapters/spacers that will work for my truck to get these 15 in wheels on my truck?

Most wheel adapter places can change the lug pattern. Just make sure they are hub centric adapters for added strength.
