Light Tabs on my tow hooks

I want to make some light tabs to mount on the top bolt of my tow hooks, since I don't use my tow hooks anyways. Does anyone know what size nut I need so I can bolt my tabs to the upper bolt on the tow hooks? I think its about 1/2" but I'm not sure. Maybe metric?

Actually...it was me but on Cory's truck. lol...

anyway...i believe they were 14mm? possibly 12mm. thread pitch? IDK. You'd be better off pulling a bolt like I did, going to the hardware store and getting a longer one, a spacer nut, and a new nut. The tabs I used are the same dimentions as the ones Wayne @ Underdog sells...2" x 6". If you made the brackets longer, there'd be no need for the spacer nut. We used what we had w/o having gas...i originally made nice and tight fitting tabs, BUT 06+ trucks use bumper covers and doesn't use the existing bolts like 05 and older trucks use to mount their tabs..
