a little here and there

so.. ya yesterday I blew the front speakers in the truck needless to say i wasnt happy at all. Hey gotta admit though they lasted 3 yrs from when i bought the truck. So i decided that I wasnt going to put anything drastic in it because i mean thery were only front speakers.. So I went out and bought a pair of lightning audio 6x8's and installed them...

nothing major like I said...
After that I decided to re do all the connections on my amp seeing as how they were rather exposed. After that with the new speakers in I hooked my system back up:
there is 2 10" RF P1's in there:

So I decided that I would add a pic on the seats that D, and Dave helped me install:

So here is my intake:

And well here is my truck:

I finally got the chance to get the white mark on the bumper removed so its all good now. I also have the underbody lights and M3 mirriors both in neon blue... I also have white rims on it same size as the factory. There is a glass pack on my truck..lol i dunno wht to say to that really it sounds like a ticked off bumble bee...but D said something about some help with that...
I cant rremeber what else ive got goin on with the truck at the moment. Its going on 1 am and Im tired im sure in my profile it will say what else is in my truck.
And for you that dont know me here I am:

Shawna

ScottyG, what ya want for those coils? You still have your flip kit? I can fab a notch for it.

well, for you D, just come and get them, summit truckfest should be coming up in Sept... I dont have a DJM flipkit to use, i have a custom one, but i dont know if it would fit properly. Also, that would be some nice *** sag unless you add a lifting shackle, personally i would just flip the rear hangers

hey shawna what rims are those? the camera phone pics dont do good for detail

Hey Shawna, any idea why your LED's don't last too long? Do you have the proper resistors installed also?

Just a thought...it isn't hard to open the dash, but I can find other things to occupy my time.

Those seats are looking good. What kind are those? I imagine that it would be rather difficult getting into a lifted truck with those in. When I get my spindles on, its going to be a step up being I'm only 5'8".

crooked02edge : im not sure of the exact name of them to be honest.. there was a link up there to a set on ebay tht are the same ones. And well getting into a lifted truck is a little iffy for me sence i have cerabal palsey... so dropped is the way to go....D talked me into is.... gettin out is ok..lol just gotta try and not fall on my face....lol it makes me appriciate the fact tht i have tilt stearing.

the rims are cheap o's.. see here is the deal with rochester.. the roads suck and i didnt see the point of puttin a lotta $ into rims if they were only gonna get destroyed.... so blsicaly i took the easy way out and sctualy they are trailer wheels...lol i know i know what was i thinking. They are made by a company called keystone... i bought them off the pep boys web site but wouldnt advise it because they suck. It took me a mnth to get those too.

Yes bumper MOD i know...im keepin my eyes peeled for a front n back bumper off a edge...

no Bumper mod is where you crawl under and loosen the 4 bolts holding it to the frame and push up on it, then re tighten the bolts.

this gets rid of the gap between the grille and the bumper, you should be able fit fingers inbetween the two
