I know this won't help you, but what are you running that you need longer u bolts? I am running AALS, shackles, stock 2" block, and I got plenty of threads...

Just wondering.

Traction bars maybe?

If you really need them, some auto parts stores can get them, but almost nobody stocks the longer sizes like that. I got mine at a local "speed shop" that specializes in custom building (though not trucks generally). Still, they were very helpful and they weren't that expensive.
