So I torqued down the rocker arms on my 2000 ford ranger 3.0l. After torquing the rocker arms still shake when i try to shake them. Some quite a bit. It only happens when the lifters are all the way down. When they are up the rocker arms are very hard and not able to shake. Im wondering if this is normal because of it having hydraulic lifters or is it wear? thanks.
