May be coming back to the fold

Hey guys

A bunch of the old guys might remember me. I haven't been on much recently, because there isn't much on here for a guy with an Escape. Hopefully I may be moving back into a Ranger to save some money because the dealerships are giving good rebates and other deals.

Hopefully I can get into a Supercab 4x4, but if not we will see. I found one up the road in Gray for a good price that is a 2009 model listed for 24k that is a manual, 4x4 and a supercab. See more of me soon hopefully. Maybe I can bring the white beast back reincarnated soon. I will have to post some exrides pics soon after I get off work.

I have no complaints about the Escape. It is just not me, I need another truck. Also it has too many doo dads and doohickies for me. I am used to no power anything and now I have power everything, time to go back to my roots.

How is your truck doing Andy?

One dealer doesn't have any and another one has just XL's it seems like. If I go up the road there are dealers with Rangers.

Which dealership you looking at, Lafayette or Crown? Last time I went to Crown they only had base model Rangers.

Lol, wow. Those are from when I met up with John in PA. That was a fun time. Before the new exhaust and 33's. Thanks Mike.

Wow Andy, looks like it is time to up date the sig, says you are still spindled lifted and on 35's.

Tom Lafayette has a couple of supercabs and atleast one sport. I have not been by crown's lot yet, but it did look like it had a bunch of xl's.

Guess I need to check out Lafayette more often then. Crown's was mostly XL models and I don't remember seeing a single 4x4 Ranger on the lot.

Not sure if I am coming back yet, maybe when I have a fulltime job and can spare more money for a down payment. I may just do some more little things to the Escape for now. I want to change the radio, but that is a lot of work and more money than a usual swap. But we will see. But I will try to stay around a little more often.

nice ranger and stx. too bad the ranger didnt have the 4.0 in it. thatd been bad as ****. my dad had an stx identical to that but it had different wheels and 4.2 v6. if you could get the 5.4 in an stx i wouldnt hesitate gettin one. basically a fx4 w/o the bells and whistles.
