You have a 03 FX4 so id bet you have 4.10s

I currently get ~15mpg(50/50 street/highway) with my 32s which is less then 1mpg worse then stock. So long as you drive the same you will probably notice a drop of 1 mpg with your 4.10s with 33s. With 35s you're probably going to loose ~3mpg

I get better gas mileage with my 33s too.

I do a fair amount of highway driving. When you put bigger tires on your truck its like gearing it higher. I run about 200 - 300 RPMs less when in overdrive.

Is this mileage standard for you OHC / "IFS" guys? I stayed at normal @ 21 mpg when I threw on the 33x12.5015 from 225/75/14 on highway, and noticed about 2-3 mpg drop in city (I drive like a bat out of Hell). After the regearing, I now get about 21-22 mpg on highway, and about 20-21 in city.

I wish I have 4.56 though...

You're only 2wd pete... that extra few hundred pounds of 4x4 stuff and more moving parts slows us 4x4 guys down a bit.

People, Please..... for the Love of god! Just use Inches, considering that all Off-Road Tires are referred to in inches.

Thank You - You may carry on now!

I just got 17.95 mpg gallon on my 285/75/16.

I was really happy when I say those numbers. I just changed my fuel filter, sea foamed, and used little to almost no A/C.

It makes a difference.
