If you are really in "South Urals", it may not fit.
Looking at pictures of the Argentina built 2004 Rangers, they look similar, but not exactly the same.

As far as I can tell, that mudflap kit is for the North American built Ranger.

US Rangers were basically the same from 1998-2011 as far as the body goes. So I believe these will fit, even if they need a little adjustment.

In addition to the mud flap set, which is relatively inexpensive, I think you'll find you need the brackets for the flaps on the rear.. Their specialty items designed to mount the flaps, and unfortunately their expensive.
There sold separately for right and left side, rear.
Ford part # 1L5Z16L554EAB, and 1L5Z16L555EAB.. Check pictures of them online and compare them to what you might have on your Ranger, but I believe they are different from the standard fender braces that are stock. Your year Ranger may not even have a brace at the rear of the wheel well...may only have the front brace.
Only place that has them are Ford Parts Dealers and they run upwards of $100.00 EACH. No aftermarket.
Your best bet is to try and locate a set at a salvage/junk yard.

The easiest way for you to see fitment is to simply google up one of the part # I listed. It will bring up a picture of the brace and just below will show a blow up of the bed/fender and how they attach..
You will not be able to attach the rear mudflaps without the proper braces. The braces support the flaps...the flaps DO NOT just attach to the fender lip.

Here is a blow up of the fender and bracket you need.. The part you need is #8 on the diagram, and it is just showing the right side.
It is pictured on a step side bed, but the part # I listed are for a regular bed. The bracket is the same for either the styleside or the stepside bed.

Thats the same kit/Ford part that the OP was asking about. But it just includes the 4 mud flaps. Does not include the rear braces needed to properly mount the rear flaps.
I have the Amazon kit in my wish list on Amazon. I already have the factory rears, but want the fronts, so I need to get the whole kit.

Unbelievable the difference in prices for almost identical looking braces. 15 bucks up to 90 bucks, and they all look the same.
Part # I listed above were from Tasca Parts, listed for a 2004.

I played around with all the different part # listed in Supercabs post from Ford Giant. It looks like they are all very similar, but slightly different depending on wheel well trim.To the OP...if your Ranger is just a standard model with a 6 foot bed, it looks like
the brackets you need are
6L5Z-16L554-DA and
6L5Z-16L555-CA
Each is listed for right and left rear with mud flaps, and are under $20.00 each.....lot cheaper than some other part # that were over $100.00 each.
Hope this helps...

Anybody have a detailed picture of these flaps, they list two different ones for the front, I seem to have misplaced my driver side flap and would like to put it back on.

I happen to have my driver’s front off right now for some work I’m doing. I’ll try to get a good photo tomorrow if the weather cooperates.

Anybody know HOW the brackets attach to the body? I'd hope for a simple bolt-on addition because 8 X 1.25 bolts were listed in the mud flap section.

Pay no attention to the crust. Looks like a simple bolt through the mounting bar into the cab rail on the front and into the bed rail on the back.

Welcome. As for the SS question, I have no clue. My flaps were installed when I bought the truck.
