My wheel fell off last night

Well i was driving home from work, and saw a friend at macdonalds. So i pulled into the parking lot goin like 5mph, when i felt a wobble and then my wheel falls off my truck. I got out, and it didnt look good. I part on my spindle snapped, i think it was the part that connect to it that holds the brakes. So my brakes fell off and everything. The tire smashed up into my fender and bent it and ripped my fender flare off, my corner light also busted out.
Keep in mind that i got my truck back 2 days because of the remote start thing. I'm not having the best of luck. Now my parents want to drop my truck back to stock height. Im not going to drive it if they do. I paid for all that stuff i did and now they want to take it all off.

Pictures to come

Well, if its the lift that caused these damages, it would only make sense to put it back to stock, or fix it so it never happens again. And if on top of that mommy and daddy are paying to get it fixed, i wouldn't argue. You won't drive it if its stock height? Smells like a case of spoiled brat.

smells like a case of go **** yourself. he is making me pay. but i dont get it if they are going to lower it, maybe they will pay. either way i dont have the money to do it so its gonna add up to my stupid debt list. if they put it back to stock i'll probably just keep my jeep and drive that. if they let me leave it how it is, i'll sell the jeep and use the extra money to pay them back.

this sucks. i was about to lift it another 3 inches but looks like its goin back down 3 inches.

You should be happy it didn't fall off while driving on the freeway, you could have gotten hurt or hurt somebody else. Lawsuits, hospital bills, tickets....you got off easy.

Yea, sorry m8, didn't mean to be bashing. I agree with Karpe, so in a ask if they touched your tires, and when they say wes, tell them what happened.

Happened to me once aswell, i have a 98 accord lowered on 18's...some jackass tried to get them off at some public parking lot but couldnt manage to get the locknuts off...but the other 3 bolts were totally loose. I drove off, turned the corner and felt a serious pull to the right. Get out of my car, and the wheel was slanted 45 outwards and broke off 2 of the bolts...expensive!

yeah mine probably wont be a cheap fix, it fell completely off and slit for about 15 feet. the tire was rolling next to me when i looked out the window because it was still attatched by the brake line. wow i got to show off my new grill, bedliner, and my nice clean truck for less than 24 hours. i didnt have it for a month, and now its gone again.

Oh, I thought it snapped as a result of the tire coming off. Bummer man, that is going to be an expensive fix.

and I know about the spelling, I'm just giving you a hard time.
