name of a tool

anyone know what the tool is called that is used to remove the ac line running to the a/c compressor? there is a spring wrapped around it and i was told you need a special tool for it. anyone?

good figure this out cause my belt hit mine alittle bit too ha idk if it went all the way through but it def beat up the plastic cover
