Automatic or manual transmission?
If manual then 1991 to 1997 from 3.0l 2wd will work, Mazda B3000 2wd as well
If automatic then 1995 to 1997 4R44E from 3.0l 2wd will work, Mazda B3000 2wd as well
1998 was when Rangers lost the speedometer hook up on the tail shaft of the transmission, so 1998 to 2000 used rear axle speed sensor and the GEM module to convert speed signal to 8,000ppm that speedometer needed
2001 and up used a different sensor on tail shaft, also 5R44E automatic transmissions
