MT/R will blow the socks off a cheap mud terrain, trust me I've owned both.

If I was to choose a tire that was good on the road, worked great off road and lasted it would be the MT/R (granted I've never ran BFG yet) but you get what you pay for. There is still 20K left in those tires.

yeah, definitely want something better on the road. the pro comps are awesome off road, but i shouldnt be able to spin 33s from a stop on a dry road lol

and they're terrible in rain.

going 40. floored it, got the downshift, and she started spinning, wanting to go sideways.

I would inspect them, cause if your paying 500 they better be in good shape with no rock rash or anything

what sites are you going for your tires anyways .... i need new ones soon too and since im a 1wd that goes off road occasionlly i cant seem to decide between some mustang rims and street tires, or some a/t's for what i got (dont want to go bigger than stock size in either case)

thanks for the offer! but i think i'm going to save my pennies, go with 16's and the definity m/ts. I like my current definitys, but due to me running a bad balance for awhile they've cupped decently. I like the sound, off and on road traction. In the rain of florida, i couldn't break them loose from a standstill. Thats just a 3.0L i know, but i like 'em!

or maybe i'll take my pennies and quarters and try and get money from the slots! lol
