New Chevy

sorry, i'm all about old school looks, even if it is a chevy. this is a concept that some 19 year old designed when they stop making the camaro in 04. i really like the retro style look. again, i know its chevy but i'm a sucker for old school looks and for the retro style stuff.

here's another link to a new dodge that comes out in 2009 or 2010. 6.1L Hemi with a six speed manual.

I always loved camaros, but I am not crazy over that concept...The only one I like is the one with the phantom grill...

You guys do know that's the '07 Camaro, right?

And from what I've heard that Challenger should be an '07 also, if they make it.

I read a few weeks ago chevy cancelled all plans to make the new rear drive plateform that the new camaro would be made on.

I don't know what their problem is, don't they see ford can't make the mustangs fast enough, and dodge is selling 3 cars on the same rear drive plateform very well.

Wake up chevy people want rear drive cars again.

Honestly I would concider buying the current monte carlo if it was rear drive and V8 powered.

Chevy is so.....stupid....Why does it alaways seem that when ford does something, they have to go and do the same?? Like with the 05 mustang..now they are doing this?? wtf?

I have noticed it in their trucks too, look at the new chevy trrucks side mirrors....The projecting ones, they look real close to the Superduty mirrors.....come on..

It looks like Chevy and Dodge are copying after the '05 Mustang idea... going back to the 1960's... I do kinda like the looks of them though.... not enought to buy one though.

those cars are desent, but reminds me too much of the new stang. GM needs to come up with a new style vs rippin off the stang. No matter what though Stang > anything gm comes out with

Actually, I think VW was the one to retro a car first. Look at the Beetle. It took Ford and Chevy and Dodge long enough to find out it would work.

So if Ford reintroduced a Pinto, the Gremlin would come back?

Prolly...but the pinto is not coming back...or i hope not...HHAHAHAHAHA...that would be a bad part on ford...yes i do beleive what one car company does the others will copy...maybe not right away but they will...Ford took dodge Rams hood how the grille comes up with it...which in my opinon is weaker grille...but than again how the F-150s are built...the grille dosent matter cause theres not goin to be much that can get through that frame...how it wraps around the front... but yes it chevy would come up with somethin...

"Yeah......about the Pinto reintroduction.......let's not do that" (as visions of gas tank explosions become vivid in the Ford execs minds)

i have always been a camaro fan and it would be sweet to see it come back. but i sure that chevy would price it way to high. but those challengers would definity fit nice in my driveway.
